Victor Conte, who engineered a plan to provide stealthy PEDs to professional athletes featuring baseball greats Giambi and Bonds and sprinting gold medalist Jones decades ago, has died. His age was 75.

Conte's Admissions and Prison Time

The Balco founder, who completed four months in a penitentiary for illegal drug sales, talked publicly about his high-profile athletes. Baseball's Investigation
